Hi! This email concerns only those of you
registered to vote in Cambridge.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) is City Council Election Day!
Hooray!
So you don't have to figure out the gory details
of local politics, the Green-Anarchists of the
155 Cherry St. #2 collective have figured out a
slate for you.
#1. Steve Iskovitz (Green Party!)
#2. Denise Simmons (Awesome Democrat, African-American
openly lesbian grandmother of 3,
dedicated to a diverse Cambridge)
#3.Henrietta Davis (Described as progressive on open
space and housing issues.)
#4. Pitkin (Impressed by his zoning activism)
#5. Decker (An incumbent, but called progressive nevertheless.)
#6. Write in Terry O'Brien. We love you Terry!
(mnemonic: EaSy (Is-Si) ! Da Pit (is on the) Deck.
Okay, that sucked, try and do better)
A note of explanation. Your Cambridge vote counts only once.
If your #1 doesn't get in, your vote goes to #2 etc.
Steve Iskovitz does not really have a chance, but your
vote helps make a Green Party presence. Then your vote
goes to Denise Simmons, who WILL win with our help, and
is a really really strong committed awesome candidate!
