Table staffing for Tuesday, October 2nd

I have set up a schedule for staffing for the Information Table in
Lobby 10 for tomorrow, October 2nd. Hours of staffing needed are :
11 a.m. - 12 noon, 12 noon- 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.
This is a great way for those who have recently signed up to the SJC
mailing list, and expressed interest in doing peace work, to "get
their feet wet". You do not need to have a lot of experience, just a
willingness to interact with those who stop by. Since we now have
one "experienced" staffer signed up for each time slot, those who are
newer at this will have lots of support.
If we get enough volunteers, we could go to three people for each
time slot, in the eventuality that passers-by show lots of interest.
We will be repeating this info table weekly, if scheduling works out
as planned. So if you can't offer time this week, but in a week or
two, please let me know.
We will also need copies of articles, i.e. the same as those
distributed at the peace rally, to hand out to those who stop by, and
a couple of copies of the petition for peace. Can those who have
these items stop by at 11 a.m. to drop them off? (or slightly earlier)
I know we talked about peace buttons, but since those are not ready (
as far as I know), we can start offering them at the next table.
Also, the banner --this would be great to put up at the table. Can
someone bring this? (maybe this has already been arranged--let me
know)
