FUNDRAISER FOR MEDICAL AID
TO AFGHANI CIVILIANS
AND NEWLY-GENERATED REFUGEES
Do to the U.S. conflict with Afghanistan, thousands of Afghani civilians
are fleeing the region, but are being denied entrance by neighboring
countries.
To help provide these refugees and internally displaced persons with
medical aid and food supplies, MIT's United Trauma Relief is holding a
fundraiser. 100% of funds will go to Doctors Without Borders (1999 Winners
of the Nobel Peace Prize).
