Changes to TNS_ADMIN files:
+ sqlnet.ora - increment ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION* to 11. We can
increment further once ROLES and MITSIS are moved to ora19.
+ tnsnames.ora - add entries for banner and orcid and correct typo
for testwarehouse (which is mostly harmless as testwarehouse is in
ldap, but abundance of caution is best.)
