It was pointed out to me that moiradev is probably not the best place
for the moira commits messages to go, since to many people it is just
noise. To resolve this I've created moira-commits and seeded it with
the membership of mrsrc. For now moira-commits is a private list, but
if no one objects in the next few days to a week I'll make it public,
since I can't think of a good reason it shouldn't be. It isn't being
logged to discuss; do peopel think it should be?
