I was looking through some old mail trying to decide if there was
anything that actually still needed to be done for things like the big
Physplant common namespace job. It looks like there isn't, just that
in the future users we are reserving usernames for shoud be put into
status 2 or 7 as appropriate, so they are forced to use that username.
Ted, if you think I'm confused here, please say so.
In the process I (re)noticed a bug in the userreg program. If someone
who is enrolled/registerable runs the userreg program, they will be
forced to chose a new username which is different than their existing
one. This should be fairly easy to fix by seperating the 0 case from
the UREG_ENROLLED case in the swithch statement in dolook(). However,
it is not clear that this is worth fixing at this point, since the
moira server will still bash their pobox info.
