I applied a patch to cluster.c that should prevent moira from
coredumping when users try to add a machine on a sun. I've rebuilt
and installed a new client for dec sun and rsaix. Someone should
rebuild the SGI version. While I was there I updated the README in
the moira locker and released it.
This patch did nothing to address the general problem of argument
shuffeling, but too many people were losing.
