As I recall, at least some of the hidden memory/argument problems were
caused by a mismatch in include/moira_site.h with the *real* arguments
actually defined by the server. It looks like you and Mark R. agreed on
one set of arguments for the new host queries, and then implemented
something else. Some of the leftover garbage left over from this
disconnect is still haunting the moira code.
I took a look at this a while back, and convinced myself the necessary
changes were hairy enough that I didn't want to tackle it as a quick
fix. We should really get around to cleaning this up for real, instead
of going for the quick fix.....
