The following didn't exist in the moira locker for the SGI:
{dcm,user,list}maint. They should all be symlinks to moira. I have
created teh symlinks in /afs/.athena/system/moira/arch/sgi_52/bin and
released the moira locker. However, I do not know why they were not
there in the first place.
As a side note update_server is still missing, but since we don't have
any SGI servers that need moira updates that probably isn't too big of
a deal.
