No, there's not currently any provision for moira to update ACLS on
discuss meetings.  

Is this really useful?  It would be a lot of work on the Moira end,
since it is not enough to use a list as we have them now, you need an
permission tag with each name.

I don't know enough about discuss to know what it would take on the
discuss end of things.  Are the discuss ACLS stored on disk in text or
binary format?  I don't like the idea of a privileged entity that
connects to a discuss server and can set acls on any meeting.

My feeling is that its not worthwhile, although I could be convinced
otherwise.
