Moira logged two file system full errors last night, apparently during
the Moira backup. The errors were on /u1, which includes /moira/ and
/usr/ingres/. I recovered about 105 Meg by rolling over and
compressing log files.
I also added a "df" check in nightly.sh (which runs the backups), so
we'll have a little more warning next time the disk is going to fill.
(The change is in all three places: moiradev, opssrc and on Moira.)
