Based on this afternoon's meeting I will be doing the following things
to the moiradev locker, probably starting this tomorrow:
1) For each of the three supported platforms I will empty
/mit/moiradev/$bindir, and fill it withsymlinks to
/afs/athena.mit.edu/system/moira/$bindir.
2) For the three supported platforms, an vax if I get excited. Blow
away the build trees, and recreate them, as
/mit/moiradev/{$hosttype}build.
2.5) Check in some changes I have
3) Change the RS6K build to have DBG= instead of DBG=-O, sincce the
optimizer is broken, and we don't know if it will affect moira.
4) Do full builds in these trees, and compare their binaries to the
ones in the moira locker (replacing the RS6K versions since the ones
in the moira locker were built with the optomizer.
