A user just ran this query and has the database tied up. It's
already taking 21 minutes. Should we consider acl'ing this query so
that people don't run it.
Yes; it's on my todo list, after Tom accidentally ran the same query and
locked up the moira server for a full hour.
I'll bump up the priority on this one.
