I've got a few instances of the following. A user changes his own group
to be a mailing list as well as a group. This causes dual entries in
the aliases file on the mail hub: one for the user's PO box and one
for the list. This is detected by running newaliases. Seems like Moira
should be modified to prevent this - maybe make users own groups be administered
by dbadmin rather than by the user.
