OLC question about chpobox

If I am not wrong, the Ingres error occurs with several other moira
database operations.
What was wierd was when I tried doing the following sequence several times:
% chpobox -s cora@squid.ucsb.edu
chpobox: Ingres system error occurred while setting pobox for drlcs to type SMTP, box cora@squid.ucsb.edu
User drlcs, Type SMTP, Box: drlcs@emat1.mit.edu
