No, there were no hesiod propigations today. I don't know why the
user would have "just appeared" in hesiod.
Yes, it appears that using register (or the register user option in
moira) on someone in state 5 to go to state 1 does not work. I'll
look into that further and let you know.
In any case, I think that "klun" will be all setup after tonight's
propagations.
