HI! One person just registered for an account (in the user accounts office)
and I just created an account in moira under the name of benartzi.
These messages appeared for benartzi:

MOIRA incremental on MOIRA2.MIT.EDU:

Is this supposed to happen? It looks as if there's a problem w/ quota
allocation?
The same error message appeared for shibao, who registered in the
office.
Is this behavior to be expected?
