I went through the moira tree today and fixed all of the RCS keywords, replacing $Header$ everyplace it occurred, and setting the subversion svn:keywords property to expand $HeadURL$ and $Id$, which is what we're using now.
I suppressed the commit email for checking in the changes because it was a big, useless diff.
