Possible problem with moira update and a list

Hi! There have been a recent problems with the "techinfo-providers"
list. Originally, the athena mailhub did not update on Wednesday night,
and as a result, the mailhub did not get updated after Christi-Anne
Castro had removed a bad address, which was a planning.mit.edu address.
Now, it appears that blanche (moira) knows about the removal of the bad
address, but, expn is still returned it as user unknown and the list is
not functionable.

Anyway, I wanted to see if this problem may have to do with moira
