We know what's causing the "signature failed to verify" problems, and
expect to have this fixed shortly as well. And Carla is right, my
previously suggested workaround (temporarily change the ID number)
will not always fix the problem.
Apparently the problem is that any single-quote characters in the
signature string are getting quoted by Ingres.
