Errors occuring while adding people to lists

I'm working as a consultant for OLC and the past couple of days I've had
users report this error several times:
I am in charge of a mailing list, and I tried to add a new member (which I
have done many times before), but this time I was not able to do it. Using
listmaint, I used the members option, chose my mailing list, and then did this
Type of member (KERBEROS, LIST, STRING, USER) [user]: string
Name of STRING to add [caesar]: ocmv36::alosi@turtle.fisher.com
listmaint: Ingres system error occurred in AddMember
Do you have any idea what the problem could be?
I just thought I'd pass this on. I don't think there is any more relavant
info. Perhaps this has something to do with moving moria to a DEC? If
you have any questions for me, feel free to ask.
