Users are no longer able to remove themselves (or lists that they own)
from a moira list that they do not own.

Trying to remove a nonexistent member gives the same error; trying to
remove a nonexistent member if I'm the owner, says "No records in
database match query while deleting member [user] from [listname]". I
don't remember what it did for this case before, though.
