Hi! I'm running moira out of /mit/moira/decmipsbin and tried to look up
an account by frirst and last name and got an error message something
like
failed due to consistency error.
In this case, I just looked up the user again by name and it appears
that he/she has two active athena accounts, if this information helps
any.
I just looked this one over. It was an intermittant problem with
locking in the server. That was when the hesiod update was running,
and the server timed out getting its lock, but then failed in an
unexpected manner. It reported:

I still need to track down why failed to report "the database is busy;
try again later" which it should have done after the inital lock
request failed.
