Hi! I've gotten the message "Signature failed to verify in
ModifyFields" about 10 - 15 times in the past 2 days as I try to do
different things (like update an ID#, change someone to registerable,
etc). I checked to make sure I have valid tickets, and I do. I'm using
the "/afs/athena/system/moira/decmipsbin/moira". If I try doing the
same operation later, it usually works.
