when moira automatically generates owner-list lists, it should
probably check to see if one already exists, or prevent people from
creating lists with owner-. We get things like:
owner-macdiscuss: owner-macdiscuss
macdiscuss: macdiscuss-mtg@zeus.LOCAL, tmac, pankin, garfield, regis,
owner-owner-macdiscuss: srz
owner-macdiscuss: tmac, srz
in the aliases file, and depending on the order the lists appear, the
owner-list may break altogether.
