ttsp has been upgraded and is now running Solaris 10 and Oracle 10g. It
looks like it works. I still have some more testing to do before
scheduling an upgrade for the real moira server. Dave, you should also
do whatever testing you think is necessary for winad.incr.
The old ttsp is up as ops-6. It's database is up and moirad is running,
but /etc/smsdown is in place to keep anyone from using it.
