Those header files are created at compile time. If you compile the
subdirectories in the proper order (or just use the top-level
Makefile) they should be created before you need them.
Yes, mkdep is just a slight variant on makedepend.
I don't know of any online documentation for Ingres quel that I could
forward you. We're in the process of converting all of that code to
use ANSI SQL, and plan on releasing the new code when we are done.
