I'd like to change moira to not allow uppercase letters in list names.
This avoids the problem where someone renamed a list to be uppercase
of a username. It also avoids AFS synchronization problems since AFS
downcases everything in the protection database.
Is this a reasonable resriction? Are we going to be able to rename
the following lists?
