I think that Moira should be updated to allow multiple email addresses
for where to send mail addressed to a user. This should be decoupled
from where to find mail when the user tries to pick up her mail.
This would be very useful. E.g. for users who would like someone, such
as their secretary, to receive a copy of all of their mail. E.g. for
users who wish to archive a copy of all their incoming mail to a private
discuss meeting or WAIS indexer/storer.
