A user came in saying he tried to register for his Athena account and couldn't.
The problem was he needed to type in his last name as:
Uribarri II
because the database had him as:
name: Uribarri II, Luis A
Strictly speaking, it shouldn't consider II as part of the last name.
In fact, in retyping, it asked if his last name was typed correctly:
Uribarri Ii
This caused some confusion. If this is not going to get fixed, this should
at least be included in the on-screen instructions.
