Moira is back online. I don't know what the problem was, the machine
was acting very strangely. It would randomly hang for a while,
sometimes responding to the net, sometimes not. The file table was
nearly full, but there weren't enough processes running to account for
that. I couldn't seem to access the RZ55, but the process that were
trying to access it just weren't moving; they never went into disk
wait.
I was unable to get an orderly shutdown, so I eventually just rebooted
it. I was also unable to get a crash dump. I've sanity checked the
database since the last thing logged was attempting to delete someone
from a list, but that never finished.
Downtime was approximately 2am-11:30am.
