Sorry if I came off a bit strong. We looked into moira over a year
ago. It would have taken a lot of development time to get it to work
with our systems.At the time we were running Ultrix/3.1 with AFS. Like
you, we have more things that need to be done then people to do them.
We met Martin at the Athena conference last year. At that time we
made a verbel arrangement to work AFS hooks into his code. After trying
to contact him serveral times via email and the phone without any
response we gave up. This is really a shame because we could have done
a lot with his code from an AFS standpoint. Iowa State was fairly close
to us in terms of OS and machines.
