not much, but we stuck an expiration date column into the quota table,
with the idea that we can give a student an increased quota for a term
and know when to take it back.
Moira here originally had expiration dates in many of the tables.
They were removed because of concerns about lots of things expiring at
the same time and being removed in bulk in ways that could cause
accidental data loss.
By now we've come to the realization that in a few places, we could
really use advisory expiration dates that our adminstrators can fill
in and get a reminder at expiration time without anything actually
expiring automatically.
