Database was corrupted...

Today, when I was experimenting with a script to migrate lockers from NFS to
AFS, I caused some database corruption... here were the "mrtest commands":

qy dqot systest USER systest
qy uqut systest ANY system:anyuser 2000

(excuse my typo... uqut should have been uqot... I am not using an editor

Anyway, the result was that the first query completed successfully, and the
second query returned with an error saying that there was more than one
record. Prior to this transaction, was a "ufil" query to update the filsys
entry from NFS to AFS. Also, prior to the "ufil" query, there was only the
record:

systest USER systest 1200 aphrodite ...

(according to gqbf - get quota by filesys)

I have since cleaned up the mess (so that I could continue work on this
script, which apparently worked perfectly when I tried it again with no
changes...)
