The biggest problem with Moira and Ultrix/SQL is that Ultrix/SQL doesn't
include a Quel preprocessor, and Moira is based on Quel, not SQL. When I
talked to my Ingres salesperson about this, he said that he wouldn't sell me a
Quel preprocessor to use with my Ultrix/SQL installation - I'd have to buy a
complete copy of Ingres.
