I'm the development manager for Dec-Athena. Currently we have
a moira 2.0 varient that runs on Ultrix SQL, it is part of the
overall Dec-Athena offering. Porting to Ultrix/SQL is fairly
trivial, however. If you would like information on our offering give

PS Moira 3.0 will include AFS support. I'm not sure if the
publicly available MIT code supports it now.
