You recently reported a problem with running mailmaint while dialed
into Athena. I suspect that the problem was the parity or byte length
that your terminal is using. The most unix programs are generous
dealing with this, but mailmaint currently insists that the 8th bit of
each character is cleared. I will see that in the next release
mailmaint accepts these characters. In the meantime, making sure that
your terminal is set to "8 data bits, 1 stop bit, No parity, Full duplex"
and I expect that this problem will go away.
