There is work being done to convert Moira to SQL. Most of the current
work on Moira is being done outside Athena, and I'm coordinating
things and keeping the master source tree. The SQL conversion is
being done by DEC. When I've gotten the major pieces of Moira 3.0
back, I'll give yall some idea when it will be ready for testing.
