This isn't a moira bug but a user typo. If the user wants to put the
string "LIST uwc" on a list instead of the LIST:uwc, then moira will
let them do it. I don't want to try to teach moira how to parse
RFC822 addresses to be smarter about it.
The reason the two mailhubs treat it differently has to do with
differences in their sendmail.cf files.
