I've done my testing and restored ttsp back to its previous state.
I've scheduled time Sunday morning to do the quota increase; I'll be
purging the fa01 grouper lists and deactivating the sp01, fa02, and sp02
ones at the same time (with the f_l's blessing), with an eye towards
purging them a little later.
