Christopher Cherry is a Lincoln employee, whose account cdcherry was
deactivated in January 2002. He got a new Lincoln type-8 entry
recently, and tried to register; it told him that he had a username
cdcherry which was deactivated, but he was not eligible to register
for a new account.
I changed the type 8 entry to type 0, and he was able to register.
(I didn't just reactivate the old account because when Lincoln people
tell me their kerberos usernames have to be different because their
Lincoln email addresses are different, I don't argue with them).
