That bug was due to two problems:
1) Brian updated hector without informing m, so the quota server was
down during the update.
2) I was still debugging the moira-update script at that time and the logs got
lost for that day. The bug has been fixed and it will not happen again.
The database was resyncronized after I was alerted to the fact of the problem
(about a month ago)
