It would be convenient if the canonical name of the server were stored
in the Hesiod filsys information.

Not doing this requires that use of MIT's filsys information can only be
done if the machine is in the MIT.EDU domain.  By placing the canonical
names in the filsys.db file that is sent to the Hesiod servers by Moira,
we are adding only about 95k of text to the named database
(approximately 12k entries, and .MIT.EDU is 8 characters).

No release changes have to be made; only the Moira DCM routines have to
be changed to implement this.

(This is another thing that annoyed me during the Educom setup)
