If someone thinks the caching of name to id mapping code that's
in server/cache.pc is still valuable and I shouldn't rip it out of
moirad, they should come argue with me. For as long as I've been
working on moira, it hasn't done anything but hurt me, and I don't think
it's giving us enough of a performance increase to be worth the added
complexity anymore.
