I'm reloading ttsp from a copy of this morning's moira backup so
I can test the deactivation of the class of 2000 sometime today. The
major effect of this is that the contents of the usersids and listsids
tables won't be available for a while; I'll reload ttsp with its
database when I'm done, which should be later tonight.
