Every so often someone tries to add Professor Jerry Saltzer's uname to a
list and gets confused by listmaint.
At an Athena workstation Jerry can log in with any capitalization of his
uname "Saltzer" (ie saLTZer). He can also receive email with any
capitalization of that uname.
But in order to add him to a mail list with listmaint or blanche, the
case must be an exact case match.
Is the case sensitivity of listmaint and blanche intentional?
