When you use an old moira client (in this case a version 2 client), when you
create a list, the Membership ACL becomes: "???"

ie:

List: matestmatt
Description: none
Flags: active, public, and visible
matestmatt is a maillist and is not a group
Owner: USER mhbraun
Membership ACL: ???

So when you try to make changes with a modern client, ie:

% blanche matestmatt -NP
/usr/athena/bin/blanche: No such access control entity while updating list.

It barfs on the ACL Type.

I will update my client at home, but perhaps if no MemACL is specificed the
server should default to something more intelligent.
