Beyond the ones you mentioned, it also introduces a new
error-message-reporting interface in libmrclient, mostly for the benefit
of Windows/Mac/web moira clients that don't want to use com_err to print
out their error messages. However, you didn't include the changes to
pobox.c to make it use the new interfaces (and the corresponding changes
to moira and chpobox to reflect those changes), which you probably
should.
