I think everything I need to do for the changes to go into
production is done; someone needs to go through and do something clever
with the owner-foo lists currently in moira. In almost all cases, they
can probably be renamed to foo-request without incident, and some of
them (owner-rs6kswat, for example) can almost certainly be gc'd
entirely.
Someone on the postmaster side should let me know when they're
ready to proceed. Offhand, it seems like that would be when the old
style mailhubs go away, but I don't know how soon that's likely to
happen.
