In other words, add mailowner_type and mailowner_id columns to the
list table? It shouldn't be hard to do that, although I'd need to think
about it some more.

My recollection is that if the owner list is expanded, the sender
will be set to owner-listname, but I'd need to double check this. If
you have a convenient testbed mailhub, there's an aliases file generated
from the mailhub.gen with my patches in ttsp:/u3/zacheiss/aliases.out.
